Pre-sale product notice


Due to the nature of the pre-sold goods, delay in delivery or cancellation of orders may be caused by factors such as market and production capacity. By placing and paying for an order, you are deemed to accept the aforementioned risk.

In case of delays, delivery priority will be given according to the order of payment time.

In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 72 hours for general items. If the time is due, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

For Gearsvibe, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days started from the date of delivery for quality-related warranty claims.

There are certain situations we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

▪ 72 hours have gone by since you received the item.

▪ Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

▪ For Gearsvibe, physical damages(occurred during shipping or any incidents after unboxing) on Carring Boxes and outer cases(upper and bottom) will not be covered by warranty.

▪ Dislike due to personal preferences.

If you need to refund or exchange, please click Contact Us and leave your message. We will contact you within 3 working days

You will be refunded after we receive the returned product and check it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If there is insufficient stock of exchanging products, we will inform you about the specific treatment.
Please Contact Us first if you want a refund or exchange. We refuse to deal with self-returned products.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

When ordering goods from Gearsvibe for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Gearsvibe is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Gearsvibe cannot predict the value of these charges. For additional information on custom/duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
If a refund request is approved,the total refund amount will not include postage, import duties, tax, etc.

 

Warranty

For product warranty, please provide us a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and receiving your item.

Please note: For consumers under the consumer law of your country, the limited warranty service we provide may be different from the law. Your purchase is deemed to have an agreement on the 1-year limited warranty service.

 

Shipping Policy

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
We could not offer a refund or resend undelivered for the following situation. We suggest you contact the local courier:
▪ wrong address or phone number

▪ no-reply any email or call from the local courier

▪ refuse signing package

▪ refuse to pay tax

▪ refuse clearance

The delivery time of the product is an estimation and may be changed. If there is any change, the official notification shall prevail.

For suspicious transactions, including but not limited to multiple orders from the same user, multiple similar shipping addresses, etc., we reserve the right to cancel the respective orders without further notice.
Our company is not responsible for any incidental losses, special losses or indirect losses arising from personal transactions.
